Equipment Rental

For private boaters and do-it-yourselfers

The rental of equipment from the Glenwood Adventure Company should be reserved for individuals that are experienced boaters.  Glenwood Canyon Adventures does not, in any way, promote the use of this equipment on sections of rivers that are not appropriate for the individuals experience level.  In addition, GAC requires that all participating individuals read, complete and sign the Rental Form prior to partaking in any water activity.  Reservations recommended, but walk-ins welcome.

Essentials

Life Jackets
High quality Type III/V lifejackets are a must for all of those on the river.  Sizes for adults and youth.
$10/day
$15 Maximum for extended day trip

Wetsuits
Choose from a variety of sizes and styles.  Great for the cold waters of early season or cooler days throughout the summer.

$35 Maximum for extended day trip

River Shoes
If you don’t have sandals that strap to your feet or if you don’t want to get your own shoes wet, you will need these for any river activity.

Rafts

The rental prices listed below include the use of a life jacket and paddle for all participants.

Self-bailer – Great for extended day or overnight trips.  Simple and dependable

Self-bailer – Ideal for day trips on the Colorado or Roaring Fork Rivers
